We guarantee that your tree or shrub is healthy when purchased. Planting and care instructions provided with every purchase.
If your tree or shrub fails within one year, 50% of the purchase price will be applied to a replacement tree or shrub of your choice.
This guarantee excludes items marked tender, such as Tea and Floribunda roses, which have only a 30 day guarantee.
All returns must include the tree or shrub, the original invoice and the guarantee.
Guarantee valid for one year from the original date of purchase.
Replacement value must be used in the nursery and has no cash value.
Replacement tree and shrubs have no further guarantee.
